Cercando in rete ho trovato pareri contrastanti sulla cintura per bodybuilding, c'è chi dice che è utile quando si eseguono esercizi con carichi pesanti, c'è chi dice che da solo una falsa sicurezza e porta quindi ad un movimento scorretto, chi dice che va usata solo per carichi estremamente pesanti....Voi cosa ne pensate? Io pensavo di acquistarla.
