Ieri andando da decathlon mi sono fermato a provare cosi per caso questo step xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx l'ho provato a farlo con le punte dei piedi e dopo un pò si sentono i polpacci che lavorano, quindi ho pensato se poteva essere utile per lo sviluppo di essi insieme ai calf raises. Voi cosa ne pensate? Grazie per le risposte!
