ho 18 anni sono alto 180 x 81 kg con un 15% di bfal momento visto che ho cominciato definizione faccio cardio ogni volta a fine allenamento per circa 20-25 minuti con un ritmo che varia tra 8 e 12 kmh l unica cosa che a me stranizza e la frequenza cardiaca che arriva a 180 in poco tempo che devo fare? abbasare la velocità?ps io non mi stanco moltissimo poichè prima facevo atletica leggera
