Ciao a tutti, ho 19 anni, peso 79kg e sono alto 1,78. Quando ero piccolo ero abbastanza grasso, però con la crescita mi sono sistemato. Ora vado in palestra da cinque mesi, e a causa della mia perdita di peso ho smagliature sui fianchi. Non è questo il problema più grande, bensì la pelle esageratamente elastica e molla. Come faccio a rassodarla? Ho preso un po' di tono muscolare in questi mesi d'allenamento però non basta. Consigli?
