Vi vorrei chiedere se può essere controproducente andar a dormire la sera poco tempo dopo aver cenato...per poco intendo 1 ora 1.30...può rallentare i processi di digestione?Esistono posizioni da assumere quando si dorme che possono non alterare la digestione?Quale il vostro parere al riguardo?

direi che non è un problema!Molti fanno il pre nanna prima di andare a letto!
Chiaramente diventa poi soggettivo: se io p.es. mangio molto prima di coricarmi rischio di soffrire d'insonia; ma se non hai problemi và benissimo
