cmq io ci skerzo, ma a 18, quando ho iniziato ad andare in palestra ho tenuto una scheda per quasi 1 anno.. i pesi nemmeno li aumentavo!! ero proprio novello
quindi un po mi immedesimo in questi ragazzi!! se avessi avuto all'epoca un mezzo potente come questo forum ora sarei un arnold (vabbè.. ho esagerato)
cmq anche quella frase "mangio 5 volte al giorno" nn vuol dire nulla!! dipende COME MANGI!!!
