Volevo chiedervi una cosa semplice semplice...per fare si che la mia schiena torni a essere tonica e asciutta devo semplicemente continuare con dieta ipocalorica e palestra con obbiettivo asciugare e definire?
Ho odiato ogni minuto di allenamento, ma mi dicevo "Non rinunciare. Soffri ora e vivi il resto della vita come un campione!"
Non esiste un metodo per definire in particolar modo una determinata parte del corpo.. allenala, allenati in generale, magari integrando con dell'attività cardiovascolare, e continua la dieta..
