in una donna di piu o meno 40 anni, con i capillari fragili cosa è consigliabile e cosa non è consigliabile fare in palestra???? potete darmi qualche consiglio??
mmmm...bo dai discorsi, pensavo che c'era veramente gente che ne sapeva qualcosa di fitness, invece si parla di pesi integratori ecc.. ecc... e non si discute di salute!!! può essere che nessuno sa niente di questo argomento???
