salve ho 19 anni e peso 63kg.Vorrei sapere come fare per mettere massa sui polpacci e gambe siccome mi sembrano piccoli rispetto al busto.Cm esercizi faccio una volta a settimana le gambe facendo 3x10 squot al multipower ,3x10 leg ecxtencion,3x15 calf in piedi,inoltre almeno una volta a settimana gioco a calcio.

Ti consiglierei di allenare sia il soleo (con la calf) sia il gastrocnemio con le estensioni alla leg press con poche rip. ad alta intensità una volta a settimana,distante dal giorno in cui giochi a pallone.
