Guarda fratello onestamente nessun problema digestivo,nessuna botta glucosio style ,insomma lo trovo valido....il pasto successivo credo sia ancora piu' importante data la buona sensibilita' insulinica che abbiamo a 60 min post w.o piu' che nell'immediato... gli studi poi ne parlano bene,quest'anno in massa lo utilizzero' cn constanza...da aprile in poi solo siero post w.o.
Ora voglio sfruttare la velocita di ripristino-glicogeno sinteasi di vitargo+whey ...resto cmq dell'idea che cm ben sai questi sn fattori massimizzanti e nn determinanti.
