il pane 2 grammi al etto..
la pasta di piu.. 12 grammi al etto mi pare.. ma sempre poco.. se uno mangiasse a ***** e non mangiasse formaggi e carne credo non arrivi manco a 40 grammi al giorno..
semplice mi faccio la frittata
200 ml di albumi ,2 tuorli piccoli, e 2-3 fette di prosciutto di tacchino
viene con circa 30-5 gr di pro,10 di grassi e max 3-4 di carbo
mi rendo conto che pero' a colazione cosi' non e' bello per tutti a me piace
