siccome sto tenendo bassi i carbo e ho inserito 2 volte a settimana cardio per cercare di levare un po di grasso , cosa dovrei prendere dopo l'allenamento coi pesi in questa fase? io prima facevo in massa 2 cucchiaioni di zucchero +45 gr di whey , dopo 1 ora 2 mele + 80 gr fesa + 3 noci , poi dopo 2 ore cenavo . ora?
lo zucchero da cucina toglilo,banana,succo d'ananas o d'uva,miele.
quello che mangiavi dopo va bene(puoi cenare anche dopo 2ore e mezza/3 dallo spuntino)
