Fai soffriggere la seppia tagliata a dadini con un paio di spicchi di aglio ed olio evo, scotti con un po' di vino bianco, aggiungi della polpa di pomodoro a pezzetti, regoli di sale e pepe (o peperoncino a seconda dei gusti) ed infine ci rompi dentro la "sacca" del nero di seppia mescolando continuamente, sprezzemoli e fai saltare il tutto in padella con du' spaghi...
