Secondo me la dieta va benissimo, l'unica cosa è che è un po' troppo ricca in proteine. La quantità di bresaola agli spuntini la porterei ad 80 g e la carne a cena a 150 g, per abbassarle un po'.
Ecco la chiave di volta, le proteine ok a partire da fine giugno parto cosi', giocando un pò sul rapporto carbo/grassi per cercare di non salire troppo di BF. Anche io sono endomorfo quindi in teoria questo approccio dovrebbe funzionare... Vedremo! Grazie a tutti per i consigli!
