nn è che se prendi del pepe ti dimagrisci, cioè ci deve essere un lavoro fra vari fattori, però cmq assumendo caffè prima dell'allenamento, usando un buon termogenico, bevendo te verde e condire le pietanze cn un po di peperoncino e pepe, aiuta sicuramente nell'accellelare il metabolismo e quindi nella combustione dei grassi.
