Bisogna anche mettere che c'è gente che in un ora ha digerito 100g di bresaola e 100g di pane integrale.
Io ho la digestione più lenta purtroppo.
Appunto per questo fare per te 3 pasti principali non sarebbe la cosa più adatta. Cioè metti dentro tutto quel cibo in 3 pasti, non so fino a che punto ti convenga.
Alla fine quello che mi preoccupa di più è il post workout, un'ora sola tra beverone e cena... Ecco perchè non sarebbe stato male se avessi potuto fare cell tech + pull BCAA, mettevo meno roba nello stomaco.
