io di solito dopo la cena faccio seguire due spuntini,nel primo(il pre-pre-nanna diciamo )prendo 30g. di parmigiano con un po di pane inegrale e1 o 2 noci;e per il prenanna prendo,o i fiocchi di latte e1 fetta biscottata o 150g di petto di tacchino,quello che si trova nel bancone dei salumi(molto molto comodo)
Ciao MAX, siccome vorrei ho delle WHEY proteine che vorrei assumere la mattina sciolti in 250 ml di latte PS, forse non sarebbe ottimale prendere 7/8 ore prima, latte ed altre polveri.
