Dovrei "sgrassarmi" un pò sono fermo da un paio di anni per motivi di fratture causate da un incidente...io pensavo di utilizzare una low carb sui 100g max al giorno (cosi mi è stato consigliato) e circa un 200g di proteine e 50g di grassi sopratutto EFA, peso 100kg e ho 83kg di massa magra...ciao aspetto un vostro consiglio x rimettermi fiducioso in pista!!!
