esistono brick di albumi se non sbaglio da 1litro vengono uttilizati nelle grandi cucine e pasticerie sono molto comodi.
Per quanto riguarda una dieta con alto contenuto proteico io preferisco le uova fresche, 2uova sode a settimana.

ragazzi attenti a mangiare troppi tuorli. il motivo x cui dicono di non mangiarli non sta nel fatto che contengono grassi ma perchè contengono moltissimo colesterolo (200mg a tuorlo). il fabbisogno giornaliero è di 300mg. ma attenzione durante la giornata si mangia anche carne, formaggi...
