Ora, tornando all'argomento principale del mio topic , 1,2 kg presi significherebbero più che altro acqua in 2 settimane?
Perchè se mi è aumentata la ritenzione idrica quella penso che influisca davvero tanto sul peso.
Inoltre mi dovrò vedere aumentare questa ritenzione ad oltranza oppure arriva ad un tot e non più? Altrimenti non riesco a rendermi conto se sto ingrassando troppo, se sto mettendo massa magra o quant'altro.
