guarda io insegnavo spinning, i primi tempi, ti dico che mi ha bruciato tutti i muscoli per quanto catabolico e avevo aggiunto grasso per l'enorme voglia di zuccheri che ti mette addosso,
io ne facevo due è tre lezione da un'ora ciascuna...
a mio avviso brucia più che altro zuccheri e carbo e zero grassi...
frequenze troppo alte e ritimi altissimi.....
