Ti conviene appunto optare per carboidrati ad alto IG, per veicolare meglio le proteine grazie all'aiuto dell'insulina. Carboidrati ad alto IG solidi sono le banane, il pane o il riso. Puoi optare anche per pasti liquidi se hai problemi digestivi, perchè solitamente un pasto liquido si digerisce meglio.
