Qualcuno può darmi qualche consiglio per calcolare il mio fabbisogno calorico? Ho 32 anni, altezza 170, peso variabile tra 58 e 60. Il mio lavoro è molto sedentario (davanti al pc 8 ore al giorno) e vado in palestra 3/4 volte a settimana: mi alleno coi pesi e poi alla fine di ogni seduta faccio ciarca 30 minuti di cyclette.
