Ultimamente nella mia dieta personale ho inserito un discreto numero di mele ben proporzionate durante la giornata, ma alla lunga ho notato che rimangono pesantissime sullo stomaco (soprattutto in alcune ore della giornata).......secondo voi un frutto vale l'altro ??
Eventualmente mangiare + pere ??? Come la vedete ?
Potrebbe dipendere dal contenuto di fibra della male. Il fatto di mangiarla con la buccia o meno cambia. Oltretutto il problema è in larga misura dipeso dal fruttosio che potrebbe dare problemi di fermentazione gastrointestinale.
