Come li devo calcolare? mi è venuto oggi il dubbio... ho pesato 150 gr di pasta cruda; dopo aver cotto e condito vado a pesare la pasta... quasi 400 gr
I cibi vanno pesati sempre crudi. L'aumento di peso è dovuto al fatto che la pasta ha richiamato acqua per cui si è gonfiata. L'aumento di peso è comunque dovuto ad un aumento della componente acquosa dell'alimento dopo la cottura.
