Beh per le arachidi ok...ma i tuorli non sono un po' troppo colesterolici per essere mangiati ogni giorno ? ovviamente se c'e' poi un apporto bilanciato di mct e omega 3 teoricamente si elimina il problema, però a sly je viene il colesterolo alto se magna 8 tuorli al gg X_X
Relativo il problema del colesterolo. Il tuorlo contiene un'alta quantità di lecitine, ad azione emulsionante. Mi preoccuperei di più di altri alimenti grassi, con 0 colesterolo.
