panini con bresaola/prosciutto cotto/tacchino... tonno/salmone/sgombri... uova sode... yogur (magari + pro) vedi tu, se ne posson fare di cose ... passi anche una simmental
lascia stare gli spunti, la maggior parte li dentro è materia di scarsa qualità e super grassa quale olio oliva di bassa qualità ecc. Veramente un pessimo cibo secondo me
