Parti leggendo e seguendo queste linee guida poi magari ne riparliamo.
In linea di massima si settano prima le proteine a un valore standard, poi carboidrati e grassi.

No sto provando a far da solo ma e’ abbastanza difficile..chiedevo proprio per questo
Come ti dicevo leggi il post che ti ho inviato, poi prova a impostare una dieta con tanto di grammature e suddivisione dei macro e poi gli diamo un occhiata e magari la sistemiamo
