Overtraining, dieta malfatta, eta', situazioni personali (sentimentali, lavorative ecc ecc) difficili, temperature troppo alte o basse, ore di sonno e qualita' delle stesse e predisposizione personale incidono piu' o meno sulla presenza di cortisolo.
Ho alzato già da un paio di giorni le proteine nella mia nutrizione, nel caso in cui le cose rimanessero le stesse come dovrei comportarmi? Che cosa dovrei fare?
