Anche come carboidrati puoi variare le fonti tra tante scelte: pasta, patate,patate dolci,avena, riso (di tipi diversi come basmati,integrale, rosso, venere ecc.),farro, orzo, quinoa (che tra l'altro essendo uno pseudocereale ha valori proteici molto interessanti), misti di cereali...
