Qualche consiglio per fare una dieta di definizione (+20Kg)
Dieta modificata,
per quanto riguarda i giorni ON e OFF per ora lascerei perdere, dato che attualmente mangio quasi 5000 Kcal/gg da cibo spazzatura,
pensa che botta riceverà il corpo con 2000 Kcal in meno + ricominciare a fare palestra 5gg/sett.
Oddio taglieresti di quasi il 40% le kcal... forse è troppo.
Magari farei meno deficit ma con dieta pulita
Io fossi in te mi regolerei su deficit settimanale, gestendolo abbassando le calorie ed aumentando il consumo calorico fino ad un totale di 4000 kcal la settimana. Piu' facile e gestibile nel lungo termine considerata la quantita' di peso da rimuovere.
