Migliorare per me significherebbe abbassare le Kcal.
Per altri fare "massa" perché sei secco.
Sicuramente imparare ad allenare il petto.
è questo il punto.. abbasserei anche io per asciugarmi per bene e si, so che devo fare massa, sicuramente dopo l estate, cosi partirei da una base piu "pulita".
eh si sul petto (pur essendo migliorato tanto) sono carente anche rispetto al resto (schiena spalle gambe) che è allenato molto meglio.
