Guarda io non sono certo un esperto, capisco le tue titubanze ma appunto, l'unico modo per essere più tranquilli è affidarsi ad un professionista.
Il fai da te può portare benissimo a risultati, ma ovviamente necessita di aggiustamenti periodo per periodo, purtroppo miracoli non esistono.

io ho già una dieta "per ingrassare" fatta da un nutrizionista ma non mi sembra adeguata... ad esempio per colazione mi consiglia di mangiare 6 fette biscottate o 6 biscotti con del latte, a pranzo e cena pane e pasta insieme.. (adesso mi ha alzato la pasta a 120g)
