Non è placebo. Il deficit è lo stesso che porto avanti da due mesi. La sera ora non mangio nulla. E la mattina d'incanto mi trovo con centinaia di grammi in meno e muscoli pieni e non svuotati. Può darsi soltanto che il mio fisico reagisce così....
