1 = Dicono almeno 30 gr al giorno. Io data l'attività fisica ne consiglio comunque molte di più. Almeno 60 gr al giorno.
2 = Non è importante il rapporto. Magari hai la quantità standard di fibre per esempio (60 gr) e metà fai insolubili, metà solubili
3 = Solubili = Verdure a foglia, verdure in generali
Insolubili = Cereali integrali, fonti di carboidrati integrali
