Leggevo che nella settimana prima della gara per esempio, gli atleti nei primi giorni della settimana mangiano poco potassio e tanto sodio, per "invertire" a metà settimana. Ma se il potassio lo troviamo in buone quantità nel pesce fresco nella carne e nelle uova, da cosa assumono le proteine?
