Ciao mi unisco agli altri...non esiste lo yogurt bollente molto gustoso yogurt con della frutta secca, quali noci e mandorle, avena cotta in acqua e non latte...non conosco il tuo piano alimentare ma ad occhio e croce sarebbe esagerato, immagino.
