Salve a tutti ho 18 anni e sono alto circa 1.86 e peso sugli 81/82 e premetto di essere reduce da circa un annetto da un forte dimagrimento, ora vorrei sapere se aprocciarmi ad una definizione cioè per pulirmi e iniziare uma massa pulita o di andare in massa, ho fatto già qualche mesetto di palestra ma sembra che abbia messo più grasso che muscolo, ora sto in definizione e faccio cardio+pesi più una ipo potreste aiutarmi voi?
