Ciao ragazzi sto già cominciando ad organizzarmi la dieta per la massa e qui ho un dubbio quali carboidrati assumere per non sporcarsi tanto?? Oltre ai carbo a basso ig voi come vedete la pasta bianca, patate gialle, e pane comune ??
Se non hai intolleranze al glutine non c'è alcuna fonte "migliore" di altre, magari limita la frutta a due/tre porzioni lontano dai pasti con altri carbo.
