Vorrei sapere se avete qualcuno di voi riscontra dei gonfiori (magari anche minimi e temporanei) con i seguenti cibi:
- Riso integrale
- Fiocchi di avena
Poichè le fibre hanno la capacità di assorbire acqua se le consumi in pasti abbondanti possono darti sicuramente senso di gonfiore. Limita il consumo di acqua ai pasti per non rallentare la digestione e dovresti notare miglioramenti . Io consumo solo pane integrale ( Home made ) , fiocchi d'avena e cereali integrali ma quando sgarro nelle quantità mischiando altri cibi ( pranzo domenicale dalla suocera ) mi sento un pallone
