Cosa mi consigliate di fare?
a)Ritorno in palestra aumentando le kcal della mia dieta in modo da non rendere il deficit calorico eccessivo (fa tutto il nutrizionista);
b)Continuo con la dieta che faccio ora (1600kcal bilanciata e fatta dal nutrizionista) con le mie solite uscite in Mtb e le mie sessioni di pesca in apnea;
c)Altra soluzione che voi esperti proponete.
Non voglio fare gli stessi errori che ho fatto in passato (effetto yo-yo) e non voglio compromettere il mio metabolismo.
Nel caso in cui mi consigliate il ritorno "alla ghisa" secondo voi l'approccio come dovrà essere? Come dovrei allenarmi?

Comincio con illustrarvi la mia storia.
17 anni altezza 185 peso 115kg un anno di dieta e palestra e sono arrivato al minimo di 82 kg.
18-19-20-21 anni fra alti e bassi continuo in palestra ma faccio meno attenzione alla dieta.
22-23-24-25 anni lascio la palestra per motivi di lavoro e mancanza di tempo e mi ritrovo a 26 anni alto 187 peso:130kg

Ho cambiato lavoro da qualche mese, ho una stabilità migliore e riesco a dedicare più tempo a me stesso e vorrei ritornare ad avere un fisico prestante.
Premetto che geneticamente sono predisposto e ringrazio Dio per la mia costituzione. Ho un' ossatura imponente, spalle larghe ed ho molta forza già di mio.
Sono a dieta da giorno 1 settembre e sono passato da 129,8kg a 111,8kg (-18 kg in 2 mesi e 20 giorni).
