Salve a tutti, sono un ragazzo di 28 anni alto 169cm, peso 64,5kg con BMR di 1600 e fabbisogno giornaliero 1900. Mi alleno per mettere massa e, in discussioni precedenti, mi è stato consigliato di seguire i seguenti totali: 2100kcal 288car 143pro 42fat. Ho seguito questo schema per due settimane passando da un peso di 64kg ad un peso di 64,5kg ma mi vedo più "gonfio". Sapreste consigliarmi dove porre l'attenzione?
