Ragazzi scusate se fo delle domande banali ma dato che non posso andare da un nutrizionista e la mia palestra attualmente é in trasferimento, avrei bisogno di alcuni pareri, posso sostituire 100-150 g di pasta la sera per massa con 6 fette di pane bianco tostato ?
