raga per variare, invece delle patate si ptrebbe fare un insalata mista tipo insalata carote pomodori mais.. ?
Certo ma le patate contengono molti carboidrati , mentre : insalata , carote e pomodri ne hanno molto pochi... se con questi 4 alimenti riesci a compensare i carbo delle patate...ovvio che lo puoi fare ! Non fissarti sui soliti 4/5 alimenti
