ma lo so bene che all'inizio e' normale ma comunque io 16kg li ho messi puliti ovvio non tutti di massa magra ma non mi sono sporcato!Magari ho messo anche acqua ma ne sono soddisfatto! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx io li ho messi seguendo una dieta giusta e non mangiando male
