Da domani inizierò a fare delle sedute di cardio(hiit) alla mattina a digiuno, volevo sapere che fonti di carboidrati vanno prese dopo questo tipo di allenamento, attualmente a colazione che sarebbe il pasto post cardio assumo carboidrati a medio basso IG e proteine, volevo sapere se fosse invece meglio assumere carboidrati ad alto IG e quanto tempo aspettare dopo il cardio prima di mangiare
