Ciao ragazzi volevo chiedervi come mai abbassando i carbo e alzando le pro mi è aumentata la Bf da 10,3% al 11,7% in una settimana (misurazione fatta con ipemdenziometro omron bf306). I miei dati sono età 39 peso 76 altezza 185 cm , e la dieta è da 2500kcal disposta in 45 carbonio 35 pro e 20 grassi. Cosa dovrei fare abbassare di più i carbonio ?
