Ps. Post wo carbo e pro veloci, niente fonti di grassi né fibre.
Pre nanna pro lente (caseine o latticino magro che ne contenga, come fiocchi di latte o yogurt greco) o pro medie/veloci + grassi che ne rallentino la digestione (tonno naturale+mandorle ad esempio).
Perfetto. La cosa più importante è il modo in cui verranno assimilate le proteine, veloci o lente. Adesso mi è più chiaro!
