salve ragazzi, sono un ragazzo di 26 anni e da 4 anni faccio palestra, ora ho deciso di fare sul serio e vorrei avere un fisico tipo FITNESS MODEL,non mi interessaessere un culturista.
Mi farò seguire da un preparatore, ma vorrei sapere che dieta segue un fitness model, giusto per capire a coosa vado incontro.
