Ciao a tutti..vorrei esporvi questa mia curiosità... Non bere acqua x un giorno ( essendo il nostro corpo abituato a berne molta) , avendo carboidrati alti, osa andrà a causare? Perdita di acqua intra muscolare ( non molta secondo me), perdita di acqua sotto pelle?! Può sembrare stupida come domanda lo so
Curiosità.. L ho provato per un giorno in cui doveva fare un esibizione...ed ero più "asciutto"..era quindi x sapere o avere conferma più che altro, se è stato davvero questo la causa..
